Unbeatable location in East Ham Tien Beach district adjacent to Phan Thiet, and seafood restaurant and bus stop. Well-designed, new-fashioned room with a garden view🙂😀

The staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is fairly clean and the breakfast is delicious. It has well-appointed and large rooms and a clean pool. The view of the sunset is incredibly beautiful. Its location is nice and unbeatable, short walk to purchase fresh seafood from, Ham Tien / Mui Ne and the chinese sea, good area. A 5-minute walk will take you to Mr Burger, where you can eat. All in all they offer very efficient service.

Clean, polite staffs & Quiet place.
(1) Bad location, where practically no beach. (2) no one answer the phone call when calling from outside during morning. (3) Not many English speaking staffs.

This hotel is a great value for money. The room prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms with a garden view. The beds are comfortable and the overall amenities provided are basic but satisfying. Additionally, the location of the hotel beside a small fisherman's bay allows guests to visit and purchase fresh seafood.
All aspects of this hotel were exceptional.

Quiet and peaceful. Clean. The rooms and balcony a good size. Staff always had a smile.
Beds were far too firm (like bricks). Staff were always friendly but speed was not great, however that seams to be a cultural issue. I used the trip to get a bit of peace and quite and sun, Sometimes it was difficult to find a sunbed not in the shade.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The room with a garden view was spacious and had comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was evident in the well-maintained gardens and pool area. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities met all my needs. Lastly, the breakfast included was top-notch, with a wide variety of good quality food to choose from.
Everything was satisfactory.

Perfect location next to beach, comfortable room
Habit of other guests to 'claim' 2 or more deckchairs per person, 1 at the beach and 1 at the pool from 8am onwards. Some guests were very loud at the pool while the pool was already closed for 4 hours.

The only good thing about the hotel was the really nice pool area
Our shower smelled like cabbage, the 'gym' was a few rusty machines. The hotel is advertised as 4 star and it is no at all. If it advertised as a 2/3 star then it would be more acceptable. We ledt 2 days early- even though we couldnt ge our money back

Nothing in Hoang Ngoc satisfied my family.
This resort was the worst I'd ever stayed in Vietnam. Hoang Ngoc is not worth 4 star resort, overpriced and far from local restaurants. You will feel like you are staying at 3 star resort at most. You will be served breakfast the same as served at 3 star hotels around Phan Thiet and HCMC. You can stay at much better resorts at the same price in Mui Ne if you are so diligent that you can reserve rooms at L'anmien or Allez Boo in advance. If there were only Hoang Ngoc available in Mui Ne, I would rather sleep in a tent and eat out at local restaurants.

The location is amazing, right beside a small fisherman's bay where you can visit and purchase fresh seafood from. The beautiful garden surrounding the hotel adds to the overall atmosphere of tranquility. The room amenities were impeccable, with everything from ironing facilities to a dining table. I especially enjoyed the dining experience at the in-house restaurant, where the staff provided excellent service. The spa and wellness center was a great addition to my stay, offering relaxation and rejuvenation. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were also top-notch, providing a perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun.
This place is highly recommended to all my friends!
